The first one cost only $18 million, not surprised. Zac, Seth and Rose Byrne all have good chemistry and I really enjoyed Neighbors so bring it I guess.

The rumored plot is that a sorority moves in and Seth's and Rose's characters call up Zac and his friends to get them to move out.
