I started going in December, but I'm anxious if I do something wrong to gain muscles Maybe I run too much. Are you supposed to use dumbbells to gain muscles, or could you just use those machines that focus on certain muscles?
I see more defined muscles, but I want a faster result..
Also, don't run if you're trying to get bigger. It just makes you lose calories, which is something you dhoulf be trying to increase.
Sometimes food is more important than actually working out. To gain muscle you have to eat so much more than you used to, especially protein. Eat 30min after workout.
I wish. I play tennis for 4 hours a day so I generally don't have time (that and my full time student schedule makes it near impossible). I try to go whenever practice is cancelled though
