Many of you remembered when TRL came back this past july
for a Ariana Grande themed special.


Just found out some scary news from a trusted source.
So take this with a grain of salt.


Scooter Braun Arianas Manager payed MTV reportedly 2 million dollars
to promote her new single/album by getting mtv to set up a faux
TRL episode disguised as a revival. Scooter was behind the idea the
whole time & when ratings for the 2014 TRL episode did not even meet
900,000 the album was delayed and pushed back to capitalized on hype.

Ok.

It doesn't surprise me at all that it was a paid stunt but I don't think they expected it to get huge ratings tbh. And I doubt they pushed back the album because of it.

Ok.
It just shows he is willing to do whatever it takes to turn Ariana into a megastar.

The album was never delayed.

It was scheduled to be released on 8-25-14 and that is the date it was released.

They were NOT going to BEYOCÉ it when it was up for pre-order in NZ before TRL.

They did build the set again
for the revival on Dec 19th


Lauren Waters casting posted a thing on it.

All the message boards i went on said it was going to be released sooner to that date.

Regardless tho, lets say you are right, and prob you are,

Scooter payed for a Faux TRL revival episode.

Then how did they decide not to do so that very day if the reason they changed their plans was because ratings were low - something they wouldn't find out until the next morning?

I am not 100% sure on the details of that

But i am 100% sure TRL got only around 400,000
viewers that night, and 100% for sure Scooter payed
for that Faux setup.


Something fishy def went on with the album tho.
