Here is ARTSIMS remake of Do What U Want f/R Kelly. While it is not completely a remake of the video, it remains more faithful than any other insight into the video as a whole. The creator used the TMZ leaks as well as more unseen material to create a beautiful, detailed look at how the video would have really been.
After months of work here it is. I urge you to watch, it's easy to dismiss as 'just a Sims video' but honestly this could be the closest we ever see to the video. Here it is:
