Tila Tequila called San Diego police early Sunday morning to arrest her boyfriend, San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman!!

According to reports, Merriman "choked" and "physically restrained" Tila when she tried to leave his Poway home!!!!

Police escorted the MTV dating show star to the Pomerado Hospital in San Diego, while the footballer, who was arrested on suspicion of DUI in January and was suspended from the NFL for steroid use in 2006, was taken to the San Diego County Jail under the charges of battery and false imprisonment.
