I would agree if it was confirmed she was singing a solo song (or if she goes into a solo song after singing with Tony). Her vocals on the songs she sings with Tony are just as magnificent, yes, but the attention isn't all on her so the effect isn't as great. Either way, it'll be interesting to see someone like Gaga focus solely on her talent at such a big award show.

If she does well, with no spectacle, she'll receive generally positive reviews. But no one will be blown away. People already know she can sing; the magic of GaGa really lies in her performance aspect. Hopefully it isn't boring like all her recent performances have been in support of the album.

It's kind of hard to do something "interesting" with a jazz performance.

For Gaga, a performance like her 'Bang Bang' or 'Lush Life' performance would be something that blows the public away. They blew me away and I haven't been that interested in her performances for quite some time.
