Rapper Riff Raff has shown off his birthday present to himself: 55lbs of pure muscle.
The US musician turned 32 this week, and celebrated by posting a picture of his new guns on his Instagram account.
He is almost unrecognizable against the scrawny beanpole he was just two years ago.

Riff Raff, whose real name is Horst Christian Simco, has been regularly updating his 900K+ follows on Instagram of his buffing progress, posting gym photos and pictures of his enormous meals, interspersed with the garish neon clothing he flogs on his website.

His singles haven't fared as well, with only Tip Toe Wing In My Jawwdinz scraping a chart high of 124.
