Because it has a similar appeal that Check On It did. it's a fun song, great production, and Bey thrives on her more urban beat driven offerings. 7/11 is Bey where she shines hardest and thats what the public likes hearing from her.
Surprised that it's still in the top 20. If she does perform it at the Grammys it's going top 10 as long as it's stable in the top 20 next week. All it needs is a crossover to pop.
Bey can get hits if she wants, I don't know why the girls insist otherwise.
