There's not many Charmed discussions on here so i wanted to talk about a topic on the show concerning Phoebe's character.
During the S5 premiere she started to not care about innocents and only rely on finding love which caused a bunch of innocents to die. Every storyline was about her looking for boyfriends or was about her with someone. During S6 she started to use her powers for personal gain and then they were taken away from her. Do you think she deserved it? Or had a right to not care anymore since Prue was murdered and she lost Cole?

Prue I loved her character. I was able to meet Shannen Holly and Brian at a con a few years ago and Shannen is the sweetest thing ever.

I can't watch this show anymore. It ruins the allure of how awesome it was for me as a kid.

As a kid, it was so dark, and kind of scary. It felt really real. Now, if I catch it on TV, it seems like an after-school kids show. It's so cheesy and unrealistic.

I'd love to sit down and watch it all, but I feel it would ruin it for me.

Phoebe is queen so she can do whatever she wants.

The first four seasons are really dark. As well as season seven. Seasons 5 and 6 are nothing but fairytale based episodes with a few good ones here and there Don't get me started on S8

Phoebe basically became Alyssa's character in Poison Ivy 2 Lily and Embrace With The Vampire

Well season's one and two have light episodes but i mean season three has the whole Cole storyline and The Source plus Prue's death and season four has Phoebe turning evil and Cole becoming The Source etc.

does anyone remember the episode where prue gets a painting to her work and there's a man trapped inside it

yes. in s6 she deserved to have her powers taken away.

although i still believe the only reason for all that was bc the shows budget got cut in later seasons

I love that episode! It was called The Painted World if i recall correctly.

Wait i CRIED my eyes out the last episode Prue was in when Piper got shot and died. I C R I E D.

I heard her levitation power became unsafe for the stunt double and Alyssa so that was a factor as well.

Shannen deserved an Emmy for this scene.
