Actually according to Soundscan, that accounts for actual scanned sales(not the overshipped mess), it's the Dixie chicks, follow by Destiny's child and then TLC and Spice girls. Internationally, Spice girls and Destiny's child blow them out the waters. TLC was a non factor internationally.
