She said in the interview with Ryan, this album is going to be more stripped down, intimate and honest (different from her last energetic and fun album) so... she's going back to Let Go/ Under My Skin sound (or something more rock/pop and less punk/pop), YES!

Otherwise, some of you need to move on plz ! I think most of us prefer the old Avril. But she has been changing and obviously she can't go back (and she shouldn't go back) ! It's like you want her to stuck on a period of time forever ! She needs to move on and try something new. May be she didn't make a rite move with The Best Damn Thing. And may be following with some mistake again but at least she takes a risk and she'll find a better way sooner or later ! In my opinion, posting something like "Go back to old Avril" or sthg like that is so yesterday !!! It's boring now becoz we've been talking about that topic for 2 years !!
