Also this is gonna sound delusional since I do think artists like Rihanna are way more defining, but literally wtf are Arcade Fire doing on there? Even someone like Ke$ha deserves to have a place on there over them, for TiK ToK alone if nothing else. What have they done that's been more defining than that?
