Russia has listed transsexual and transgender people among those who will no longer qualify for driving licences. Literary a new low.

This is so pathetic, it's 2015 for the God's sake, an European country... I feel so embarrassed for the Russian government and Putin and all those closeted ******s running this backwards country.
