I genuinely think it's Katy. Her voice has matured so well like fine wine while I find Gaga's tone has turned really gritty over the years.
Acoustically I really think Katy is the better singer, her tone is on point and she can belt and sustain notes really well. She also has the larger vocal range out of the two (Katy's vocal range span 3.3 octaves whereas GaGa's is 2.7)
