Questionnaires? Buddy, people are allowed to be homophobic. Not eveeryone agrees with our lifestyle. Acting on it is another story. People are allowed to think whatever they want in their own minds.
What kind of questions would be on this questionnaire of yours?
"1. Are you a homophobe?"
"2. Are you planning to act on your homophobia?"
"3. Are you a terrorist"
