How do you call these shirts?
I just saw this guy from 5sos wearing them and I already want these type of shirts for summer.
I'm not English so it's hard for me to find them. How do you guys call it? Keep in mind that neckline is very long and it's
not
a basic tank top.

In Spanish we call them "camisetas sin mangas" which is literally "sleeveless shirts", maybe the literal name could work in English too?

It's called a muscle shirt.
And you don't need to buy them. Literally just cut the sleeves off shirts
