What is the closest you've ever been to death? And how did you escape it?

*Takes a deep breath.*

I had a near-death a few years ago when I was on my way out of my house. It gives me chills everytime I think about it.

I was crossing the road to get to the store. It's one of those where there are several roads to cross and someone is always standing in between each one. Anyway, I thought the lights were on red so I was crossing the first road and playing with my iPod at the time, trying to find a good song. I was going to continue crossing the second road but by chance I stopped on the standing because my iPod was playing up as usual. At that very moment, a bus went storming past me at full speed. If I hadn't have stopped at that exact moment I actually can't think to think what might have happened to me.

And now I feel really sick.

Well I live in the Bronx

I had one a few weeks ago. My mom was taking me to school, and there's this streetlight we have to pass. It's such a dumb streetlight, if you're going one way, you have a red light for about 10 seconds. The other way, you get a red light for about 45 seconds! It's so annoying! You have to be on the 45 second one to get from my house to the school. Anyways, so the light turns green, and we're about halfway through the intersection when this retarded woman just keeps plowing on through and literally was a few feet from hitting us. If she hadn't of had her husband with her, she probably wouldn't of known she was running a red light and was about to run into a mother and child! I hate people like that! She was over 50, so she knew better. My heartbeat had to of been near 200 bpm at that moment!

That's a stupid thing to do.

Umm.. My moms husband is a detective. One day, him, my mom and me were hanging out @ the mall and he got a call that he had to go somewhere ( IDK the place never been to it) to resolve some ****. So we got in the car and we went to the place. It was like in another country or something (exaggerating) It was so far away. So yeah we get to the place (there was nothing around just that place and nothing else), and then we see that, not to far away, there is this group of man like watching us or something so my mom tells him that he shouldn't get out of the car that we should go because they looked suspicious, and he didn't listen and got out of the car so when he gets out those man started walking towards the car and my mom screamed to him, she said get in the car, so he ran and those guys started running towards us so he turned the car on and when we were leaving they trowed rocks at us and **** so we would stop but we didn't. It was scary as hell.

I was hanging out with my cousins and I almost got hit by a drunk driver walking back to their house. Luckily one of them pulled me out of the way at the last second. The sad part was I was on the side walk too.

The motorcycle accident i got into 3 weeks ago. I made a blog about it.

I got in a car accident on Mother's Day 1998. I don't remember much about it because I was three.
