Omega Ruby! It has everything Ruby has and more but it’s all better executed
I feel this exact way about Omega Ruby. The Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald games are my second fave next to Soul Silver and Omega Ruby redid a fantastic game so well
Soul Silver is my favorite. Played it a million times. Love that its kinda both the originals and gold or silver. Makes it such a long quality game
I chose it for the same reason. The storyline goes beyond just beating the Elite 4/only having random mission afterwords, it is my favorite region but with improvements, and it also has my favorite Pokemon (the first 251)
I think heart gold and soul silver are the best pokemon games. They really put a lot of work into that game to make it special with things like the pokemon following you and gb sounds. It also had stuff to do in the post game unlike omega ruby and alpha sapphire which seemed rushed tbh. Masuda's reason for not putting in the battle frontier is so stupid.
