of course both of ya'll would, ya'll spent the entire year begging a question that still doesn't denounce a fraction of what Beyoncé has done / continues to do to inspire woman around the world while promoting feminism. An inside joke between lovers in reference to their sex life, especially one that references a fictional depiction of two superstars' struggle with domestic abuse does not discredit Beyoncé as a feminist.

There -- exactly the point. Why joke about domestic violence? Why joke about people's suffering? Why joke about people dying because of this?

A fictional depiction of a REAL instance of domestic abuse. "Two superstars' struggle with domestic abuse" is not it. It was a man savagely beating another woman. That's what that particular domestic abuse was. ABUSE. Not some "struggle" had by two people.

And yes, it does discredit her as a feminist to allow that on her album. Real feminists don't make sex jokes out of other women's experience with their partners savagely beating them.
