I think its totally fine for a women to do it...although it does seem weird only because we are wired in our society for the man to propose ut ya nothing wrong with it AT ALL

I think women should take more initiative when it comes to relationships with men in general whether it be asking them out for the first date or kissing them first or proposing. I don't like how as women we're expected to just sit around and wait for men to do everything, if I want something then I'll try to go and get it, I'm not gonna waste my time waiting on a man to do it first.

Yeah I agree we were brought up with only men doing it so its kinda awkward for me to imagine it the other way around. Although in Friends I remember Monica proposing to Chandeler and it was cute
