I guess this is Nick who does the country club remixes, they have loaaaaads of stems and when they do remixes they use hidden/extra vocals people haven't heard before. To me it just sounds like the original album track voice, so I guess they have some original stems which had new bits in.

The vocals in the end are everything! They must be from a live performance, no? That belt

This may have been from a few years ago when they re-recorded the vocals for a live backing track or a pre-recorded performance. Whatever it is, it is perfection. I think the acoustic version could be a NEW hit.

Yeah, the extra lead stem from the second Christmas album. The original '94 lead actually contains three leads that are blended, whereas the second contains one of the originals from '94 and this "new" one from 2011, with additional adlibs at the end from the 2012 Beiber version.
