Spacey arpeggio synths (provided by lovely production work from Grades) set the scene, but it's what Aspaul does with the beat that makes this one a winner. With clever lyrics about falling in love instantly ("you were the apple from the tree/you were the pull of gravity/and I'm falling"), and vocal tics and tricks reminiscent of the best '90s R&B had to offer (Aspaul references Jennifer Lopez and Janet Jackson), "Good Together" is another promising step for this relative newcomer.
