should you wish someone a happy birthday even if you and that person arent talking/not friends at the moment. like if you were friends but got into a huge fight and you guys kind of hate eachother, is it still the right thing to do?

If it's someone really important. Me & my closest friends never get into arguments to tha point where we don't talk for ages though, so...

This is my dilemma right now.

I'm in love with this guy I was dating two months ago but things went wrong and it was a mess at the end.

His birthday is soon and my birthday is the day after, I don't know if I should text him or something, I'm kinda confused.

I don't have a problem with it.

In fact I broke up with my ex boyfriend a week before his birthday and he was extremely mad but I still wished him a happy birthday, if you care about the person in some way, it's beyond fights IMO.
