Live from Times Square in New York City, "New Year's Eve with Carson Daly" will air Wednesday, Dec. 31 from 10-11 p.m. and 11:30 p.m-12:30 a.m. The special is produced by Irwin Entertainment and Universal Television. The executive producers are John Irwin and Carson Daly.

Six years into her career, Lady Gaga has sold more than 27 million albums and 180 million digital tracks worldwide. The release of "Cheek to Cheek" marked her third #1 album debut on the Billboard Top 200 chart in just over three years.
