Pretty sure this is fake, the music and the way the clowns are running out etc all make it seem like it's a staged joke.
Also your warning made me think I was gonna see this guy being burnt on stage or something

It's not fake. It's from a TV Show here in Brazil
The guy is okay though.

Not fake, he went to the hospital and the show ended right after, it was all live.
