Walmart. Target is a lying evil company. At least Walmart knows their employees are probably inbred. At least Walmart doesn't pretend their customers aren't white trash.
Target is the worst. Their prices are higher and I've never seen one open 24 hours.
You hit Walmart at 1am and not only do you save money over Target you don't deal with the typical Walmart user base.
