The whole UK system needs to change though. The only reason why they delay their releases is because radio is still a big tool in the UK. If radio stations will be less important and they try a different approach, these 6 to 8 weeks pre-orders don't have to happen, but on the other hand the whole "On Air, On Sale" thing also wasn't all that, if I remember right.
