On Wednesday, King tweeted his gratitude to the jury for "doing justice" in their handling of the case.
"You had a 350 pound person who was resisting arrest... if he had not had asthma or a heart condition or was so obese, most definitely he would not have died from this."
"The police had no reason to know he was in serious condition. I know people were saying that he said eleven times, or seven times, 'I can't breathe', well fact is if you can't breathe, you can't talk. So police hear that all the time."
what kind of lie. I mean it's true that if you're talking, you're moving air. But moving air isn't breathing, you could just be exhaling (which is what he did) and couldn't inhale from the damn chokehold.

The fact though he is pretty much justifying the police officer action placing him in a chokehold while its banned for police officers is sickening. Even if Gardner was skinny, the chokehold should not be happening. King why are you blaming Gardner for his own death? He didn't ask to be place under a chokehold. MESS MESS MESS/

Screaming "I cant breathe" like 20 times while pinned down didn't mean anything except "I'm dying because I'm overweight and not because the cop is cutting up my respiration"
