The 24th James Bond film is officially now called Spectre. Christoph Waltz is your villain. The news came from an official live-streamed announcement from Mendes, Eon and his team in Pinewood.
Andrew Scott is Denbeigh, part of what director Sam Mendes called the 'MI6 Whitehall Brigade'. Dave Bautista is also on board, as is Monica Bellucci. Léa Seydoux is Madeline Swan.
Though it's not news as such, Naomie Harris is officially returning as Miss Moneypenny, with Ralph Fiennes back as the new M, and Paddington is your Q. .
Spectre? Wasn't that the name of the criminal organization in the first few bond films? I can't wait to see this
Yeah, Blofeld lead SPECTRE in the Connery & Moore movies. I assume this is the discovery of the organization. The timeline was reset by Casino Royale even though Judi Dench was out of place, so it's starting that whole thing again which is actually cool to see a modern take on it.
This movie has the same writer as Skyfall too so it's bound to be awesome and Waltz as the villain is perfection.
A cryptic message from Bond’s past sends him on a trail to uncover a sinister organisation. While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth behind SPECTRE.
