Meh. I think it depends... Because there are so few female rappers, it is easy to say that they outrank the majority. But it just really depends.

Nicki is in her prime lyrically.
Roman Reloaded, yes, had some bars here and there, but the nerve to say that she had bars up until this era (The Pinkprint era) when all the verses we've heard so far from her for this album have been nothing but top notch.
She's literally serving us up PF 2.0 with just as many bars as spoken poetry IMO.
You prolly just don't like the sounds/production around the lyrics.
