His album is great, but I'm not quite sure why he's choosing the songs he did as singles. Though I guess they're really just for video treatments, in which case I understand.

Still, there are far catchier songs that deserve the attention.

This era is just going to get the coffin with the nails treatment.

His career is essentially over anyway, in the mainstream at least. He may as well do what he wants at this point. As long as the music is good, and it is.

Well he could still make a mainstream comeback. Although Leavin' was in 2008. I think it's more of word of mouth at this point. Before Leavin', his last successful song was Beautiful Soul which was in 2004.

Honestly if he gets the right promotion, right lead single and word of mouth, he can have another successful song blow up like Leavin' impacted radios. How Do You Sleep (Remix) even put a slight dent in the charts.

I used to love him when I was like 6 but I LOVE his new music. This isn't his best music video though but easily one of the best songs off his new album.

Eh, I don't really see it, though he'd have my full support. He curb stomps just about every male artist currently out there. In Technicolor was the album JT tried and failed to release.

He needs to work his way back into the public's awareness first but who knows what he wants. He seems pretty happy with things as they are.

Anyways, I really like this video. It was a nice change of pace to see an artist just focus on capturing the mood of the song without any lip-syncing or anything to acknowledge or break down the fourth wall.
