I agree, and there's nothing "ageist" about your comment. It's just as embarrassing for a 14 year old to act this way (though a bit more justified) as it is for a 55 year old. It's just that most people would expect the latter to act a little more grown up. I mean, it might be different if it weren't so blatantly transparent, you know? Like, you can tell she does this to be "cool" and "fit in".

VH1 seems to be the only semi-major website talking about her IG so she can't be that much of a "queen of controversy". I think most people agree Rihanna owns that title.

I don't think Madonna tries to be cool or fit in. I really don't think she gives a shiny **** as to what people think.

BUT, while I love Madonna, I really don't want to see her on social media. She's above it. She's such a legend she doesn't need to be on Instagram. That's my personal opinion. I love the fact she keeps us in the loop about studio time etc, but it all feels so beneath her.
