if I'm not mistaken the GTA franchise was made for PS so there's no surprise it has the better visuals. XB1's graphics are still good though. I wonder why they made less foliage for it...

fps do matter and can affect button input.
But a solid 30 is not bad at all and you wont tell the difference as far as GTAV is concerned.

PS has always been the superior, Xbox has always catered to the masses. Like Samsung/Apple, Gaga/Katy.

Played this for a couple of hours earlier and the difference is astounding, 1st person is so greatas well. Abit glitchy/jerky but I'm sure updates will fix it. It's only minor.

Lol it's fake. That's the 360/PS3 version against the new re-release version. Watch the videos on youtube, they both look identical on the re-release.
