Which this means?
well it's soo obvious she will commence her 4th world tour in Spring 2010!
Few months ago we had the news that Avril would release her 4th record this year and this news has practically confirmed!

IF the tour begings in Spring 2010 it means that the album should came out by Septemeber (Hopefully the day of her B-Day haaa ) or October
let's hope 1st single came out by the end of July begining of August!!!
