I actually listen to a podcast this girl hosts with a couple of her friends, and though she speaks a lot about her affinity for Britney, she doesn't actually seem particularly knowledgable about any facet of the Britney universe. She's not really on "our level" and she does not understand Britney as intimately as we do, but I am still a bit impressed by her efforts to secure access to the Britney Day festivities. Go, Tess!
