I don't get to sleep until 1-2am most nights, it's my own fault and I'm usually watching something or on ATRL. I'm then tired as **** at school and I rely on double shot cappuccinos to even be somewhat conscious.
Edit: I'm an owl and I get more productive during the night, and I wanna do things when it gets dark, but in the real world, you have to rely on daylight, so I'm just trying to adapt. Of course, around 2am or 3am I'm exhausted, so it's just natural to go to sleep.
I hate mornings and days because everything around is so quiet and passive.
For maximum comfortability:
- Fan on
- Television on
Other things I do:
- Fall asleep at the computer
- Fall asleep on the (carpeted) floor
- Mess up my sleep schedule every damn week
- Stay up all night (very very very often)
- Drink or eat something before bed
