I try to buy as much Dirty Dozen food organic.
The "Clean 15" foods have less pesticides and chemicals and such so those don't really matter.
And yes I know what GMO is - Genetically Modified Organism.
I'm vegan but it's definitely a lot easier than people think.
It's just a matter of knowing what to substitute and where to get things.
Luckily, I live in vegan central, so everything is easily accessible.
The one thing I don't get though, is gluten. It's only a protein found in wheat.
If you don't have that disease that prevents you from eating gluten then there should literally be no reason why you should avoid it.
This is what I don't like about the food industry.
They prey on dumb people who will succumb to anything without research and facts.
And they make money off the people who believe they have some kind of gain by going with a certain diet.
And fad diets... Ha. If you want to lose weight, eat a plant based diet.
You can have all the food you want, and the weight comes off no more yoyo dieting.
