If that was her she'd tweet them on her own account. She's already said as much before anyways. These seem fake as they are just based on previous stuff. Like the smoke alarm thing was from last year in her hotel room.

She did tweet a couple weeks ago from her official twitter that she had a microchip in her brain which made her say those things about her father, so it isn't hard to believe she would say something delusional like that. But I'm pretty sure this twitter has been confirmed to be fake.
