I think its someone´s avi. It used to be some old picture and now it was changed into 1989 cover. Or something like this.

Our primary avis keep the same URLs even as we change them.

If it's someone's url with the picture it will change. Like cola drinker said, it used to be an old picture but because the person change their avie it changed to the new one. It will not be the same next year for that reason
