Avril divorces husband as its looks deteriorate further

The Nickleback singer appears to have been without the ring for some time as he did not have a tan line like it had only just been removed.
There have been reports swirling for over a month that the couple had called it quits just a year after tying the knot. However, Us Weekly reported mid-September that Chad was making it clear he and the 30-year-old were not just separating but divorcing. A source told the magazine: 'It's over, he has been going around LA telling people that they are divorcing.'
According to People, recently the couple have been breaking their 'marriage rules' about going out to nightclubs and drinking without the other. Chad previously told the magazine: 'We don't want to go anywhere that you're asking for trouble. But looks like things have certainly changed as not only was Chad out and about solo on Sunday, the Hello Kitty singer has also been spotted out around Los Angeles. In August the star was seen out with girlfriends at the Chateau Marmont - next to where Chad was hanging out Sunday - and she also went sans ring.
Most recently, the pop star - who formally dated Brody Jenner - celebrated her 30th birthday in Las Vegas, Nevada, without Chad. On September 27 she along with several friends were the guests of honour at The Bank nightclub and the Canadian star also did not wear her ring, preferring instead to wear a peal version on her wedding finger that matched her necklace.
Their reported split seemingly came out of nowhere, with Avril gushing about her husband on their first wedding anniversary in July. Taking to Twitter the pop star showed off her upgraded engagement ring Chad had given her to replace her already impressive diamond original for no other reason than it was bigger.
The MailOnline can reveal that the picture has since been removed from the Sk8r Boi's account and there is also no pictures of Chad on her Instagram since December 2013.
But looks like things have certainly changed as not only was Chad out and about solo on Sunday, the Hello Kitty singer has also been spotted out around Los Angeles.
Ah I hope she's OK, it's been fairly obvious for quite some time there has been something going on.
She really needs leave men for a bit and really enjoy being single. Two divorces by the time you're 30 is not great at all. I don't want to sound mean but her and Chad really rushed things, dating someone for 6 weeks is nowhere near enough time to determine if you want to commit to that person for the rest of your life. She obviously loves a bad boy because she always seems to go for the guys with the reputation.
I just hope this is handled well, people already say cruel things about her - a second divorce at 30 will just add more ammunition. But, the most important thing is she's well and she's coping with everything.
The public have been getting less and less interested in Avril since 2007, unfortunately.
Her teen-rebel image did not successfully translate into her twenties, and everyone lost interest except her bigger fans.
She's probably not going to have much chart success, going forward.
Goodbye Lullaby is one of my top ten albums of all time, and I adore her last album. I've been to see her in concert four times, in Toronto, Paris and Dublin. Her voice was especially incredible during TBDT era. As a huge fan since Day 1, I hope she continues to release records, especially ones showcasing her voice.
I just can't see chart success happening for her ever again, really.
But I don't judge the quality of an album by its chart performance. Chart performance means nothing to me. I don't get why everyone on ATRL is so obsessed with it. Who cares.
