He has too many songs and didnt want to cheat his fans and release a 12-13 song album which would have happened today if it was released so he came up with a plan to go out with his last Carter V releasing it in several parts

Part 1 will be released Dec.9th ... He hinted at the whole Carter V being over 30 songs and ALL music will be released
