Halloweentown is great. It's no Hocus Pocus, but it slays the other movies in this list.

Most of these movies were cute. Get a Clue and The Cheetah Girls were definitely my favorites though.
Btw, the guy from Smart House and Luck of the Irish aged REALLY well. He's smoking hot these days
He was also shirtless in the movie 42

Wow. I hated all of them except Halloweentown which isn't my favorite. Twitches and Twitches 2 is everything. Late 2000's - Early 2010's>>>>
