Apparently there have been unconfirmed rumours that Yulia Volkova (one half of global legends of music t.A.T.u.) has laryngeal cancer. It was posted on The Voice of Romania's official Facebook page and also in several online news article (not in English though).
There is one below which roughly translates as:

Having to deal with cancer is a terrible process for the patient and loved ones alike; I don't wish that type of pain on ANYONE! If this is true, I hope she'll be able to recover with minimal complications.
