Would you ever be a stay at home husband/wife or would you want your spouse to be one?

I'd have to have some sort of supplementary career; writing or something. I couldn't just be at home all day.

I don't have a choice. I plan to be a writer, and most of my work would be done from home. My boyfriend wants to go into the fashion world, so I'll be the one at home with the kids most of time while still bringing in the daily paycheck.

Yes. I want the full experience. To give up my career to dedicate myself to being a parent, to resent them for it when I realize what I've sacrificed and then to struggle to claw my way back into my field when I'm all middle aged and they're finally all off to college.

I'm pretty sure you're being sarcastic. This is the exact reason I would never do it. I could never give up my career for a husband and kids. It would be awfully boring and unfulfilling

No I hate staying home all the time. I'd definitely need to have some type of job outside the house.
