According to Variety on Friday, there has been a report of a female Robin character to appear in Zack Snyder's "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" comic book movie. Reports also show that Jena Malone would be playing the alter ego of Carrie Kelley in the film. The side kick was featured as the original Robin's successor in the animated "Batman: The Dark Knight Returns" movie that mainly used a sling shot as her primary weapon. Also, the information leaked about the movie will result in serious financial consequences for one extra who worked as an extra in the film.
Kirk Montgomery of WILX-10 News, had interviewed extras at Michigan State University where part of the film was being shot. So often film casting rumors have been in demand for quite some time ever since the announcement of "Batman v. Superman" at last years 2013 San Diego Comic Con. One of the extras mentioned that Robin will be of a female role. The consequences, however, our quite grim for the extra, especially since having signed a non-disclosure agreement.

Anyway, I don't think the extra deserves that much fine though. Like even if you signed something, I feel like disclosing that there'll be a female robin isn't going to make the film lose hype or ticket sales.
