Diana Ross, Bob Marley, Tupac, Jimi Hendrex, Snoop Dogg, , Led Zeppelin, Notorious BIG & countless other LEGENDS
The Queen Madonna it took her 14 yrs to win her 1st Grammy during her Ray Of Light era.
Mariah didn't win 1 for 14 yrs and during that time released some of her best work (daydream, Butterfly, Emotions, MusicBox, All I Want 4 Xmas Is U, Glitter OK just JK bout that 1)
The Grammy's is very political its all about who U know on the voting board and if they'll vote for you and U better hope they like U.
Bottom line Grammy's is VERY VERY nice to have however they don't make or break your career look at DIANA ROSS THE BOSS for example?
She didn't get a Grammy until 2012 when she awarded The Legend award after being around since the 60s!
It also took Britney 6 yrs to win her 1st Grammy anyway its really about IMPACT & INFLUENCE not awards and no1 hits.
