Wenwen Cao, 17, was just three years old when she was taken ill with fever which left her unable to speak properly and prone to fits of rage.
Grandfather Cao Maolao, 65, said: "My son and daughter-in-law spent everything we had on trying to get treatment, but none of the doctors could help.
"By the time she was 14, she was also big enough to actually harm people and then it really started to be a problem."

You can tell from her posture alone that she has special needs. This is so inhumane.
