Having lived in both America and Italy, I FAIL to understand how the latter is so behind with the gay rights. It's literally a flawless country (well not really but you get the idea).. It's a shame but baby steps at a time I guess.

Read Berlusconi said the German model proposed - Marriage in all but name + step child adoption was a great compromise...does this mean members of his party could switch positions and vote yes?
After speculation it might be January, now the drafter of the bill has said they've laid out a clear timetable and amendments will be made the first two months of next year and the bill will be done in March Let's hope it's actually voted on
