It feels like we've been waiting longer for a new season of Vanderpump Rules than customers at Sur have to wait to get their drinks. (Hurry up with those mojitos, Jax!) But finally, it's here: Season 3 of Bravo's outrageously entertaining Real Housewives spinoff, set at Lisa Vanderpump's West Hollywood eatery, premieres Nov. 3 at 9 p.m. — and we have an exclusive sneak peek at all the drama.
Last season set a pretty high bar for reality TV ridiculousness, from Jax and Kristen's compulsive lying to Stassi's slap heard 'round the world. But as the new trailer (above) shows, there's plenty more on the menu for Season 3.

Scheana calls Stassi a "sh--ty friend." Katie tells Stassi she has "hatred and anger in [her] heart." Kristen gets caught up in a violent bar scuffle. Tom tells Jax, "You've just got to stop doing f---ed-up things, man." Ariana calls Kristen "a ticking time bomb." We see Jax with a severely beat-up face. Tom sobs into a camera, "Just know that I'm sorry, OK?" And Lisa finally tells Kristen, "I've had enough of your bullsh--."
In other words, business as usual at Sur.
To help us make sense of it all, we asked cast member Scheana Marie to give us some inside scoop on the new season. And she promises that last season, amazing as it was, was just a warm-up: "There's a lot more going on. It's not just Kristen and Jax, or Jax and Stassi. Everyone has issues this year."
Just watch the trailer and this show is getting so scripted it makes the housewives franchise look like CNN social documentaries. This is basically Bravo's Love and Hip Hop.
It amazes me how someone as busy and successful as Vanderpump still decides to mingle in all her trashy staff's drama.
I'm so happy this and RHOBH aren't "competing" again this year. I hated them being on one after another
The linked episodes were so tacky! With kyles premiere party and when Jacqueline and her husband were screaming at brandi at the other dinner.
And don't get me started on season 1 when brandi had the sit down with schena and then she got up and left and randomly walked back to work and transitioned into the alternate universe that is vanderpump rules.
I went to Sur last year at this time and Kristin was our waitress and she was literally working like normal and was really great!
When we left I bumped into Jax at the door because he was blocking it and we were trying to leave. He was making out with this random girl when this manager lady came out and dragged him in assaying "cmon back to work you have customers!" Lol
Every year when school is particularly terrible (generally November and March) I go through multiple weeks where I can ONLY watch reality TV. Usually it's some obscure season of an international Big Brother or Survivor or whatever, but I needed something that was just straight-up trash this time, and I remembered an ad for this and actually sought it out online.
It is amazing. A trainwreck, to be sure. But amazing.
I'm halfway through season one and I could write an ESSAY about how much I hate Stassi. Seriously. What an evil, spiteful, entitled, spoiled, bratty, deranged, psychotic, delusional, hypocritical ****!
She's an amazing character though.
And I like everyone else. Scheana, Katie, Peter, Kristen... even Jax. I guess I just like everybody that opposes Stassi.
I read some spoilers though and I know it's gonna get even crazier though so I can't wait!
I just watched this today for the first time and it's so ridiculous. I can't believe this show is real. And I'm loling so hard at that vine famous guy being a ****ing waiter there. I was screaming when I saw him there.
