Serbia's politically-charged Euro 2016 qualifier against Albania has been abandoned after Serbian defender Stefan Mitrovic pulled down a flag carried by a drone - leading to chaos on the field and in the stands of the Partizan Stadium.
UEFA banned Albania fans from attending the Group I clash in Belgrade but elected to allow the two countries to face each other, despite long-standing political tensions.
And when away supporters flew their national flag - accompanied by a map of Kosovo and the message 'autochthonous', meaning indigenous - above the pitch using a remote-operated drone, Mitrovic's actions led to fighting between players and officials and havoc in the stands.
Albanians are actually the less vile Eastern Europeans compared to most, I've visited the place several times, such welcoming and warm people. Serbians ALWAYS seek fights, I swear, they're like the Ci-Squad/Beyhive of Europe.

I watched the game. Serbian player tried to remove that flag from the field, but Albanian players attacked him. Then the havoc started.
Xenophobia and chauvinism are not things you should be proud of.
Perhaps if your family was slaughered by them in '98 you would know better!

1.They booed when the Albanian National Anthem was playing There were basically only serbian fans in the stadium anyways.
They threw various objects on the field interrupting the game. Shortly afterwards the drone is noticed by the players, one of whom takes the flag down which the albanian players saw as offensive given what happened in Kosovo in 1999.
3.Serbian fans stormed the field, attacking the albanian players, harming them physically
4. While they were doing this the whole stadium was shouting " Kill the albanians "
The Serbian security failed miserably and the lifes of the albanian players were in danger

The Serbian player clearly did nothing wrong with trying to remove the flag from the pitch, it was going to be removed by the referee anyway. Also the Albanians refused to continue with the match later, Serbia deserves the 3 points.
Also, it was confirmed that some politician from Albania is behind the making of the flag just to start this whole incident. Albanians wanted to make this incident happen, to blame the Serbian supporters since there were no Albanians on the stadium.
